| e-COP is an application used to make claims against work that has been performed.
The contractor will make a claim to E-Idaman Sdn Bhd (EISB).The EISB will process the claim from the acceptance stage and end with the approval of EISB's management.
An assessment of the work performed by the contractor will be recorded in this application.
In the event of a contractor's non-compliance, a deduction or penalty is deducted from the amount of the claim.
A payment certificate will be issued once all processes have been completed. |
